Working from home has many advantages, including more time for yourself (no commuting!) and increased productivity. However, some parts of having your home as your office can be tough. Working from home can be isolating — there’s no small talk around the water cooler after all. And many people who work from home don’t make an effort to focus on fitness. Because work and home life can bleed into one another, it’s easy to skip out on healthy habits, like being active every day.

The good news is that there are simple steps you can take to get in more activity. Even better, daily moderate exercise may slash your risk of stroke, assist with weight loss, improve your cholesterol levels, and strengthen your bones. Plus, even small amounts of fitness can improve mood and happiness, too.

This 10 day challenge will share simple tips to help you fit more physical activity into each day. Are you ready? Click "Yes" under "Ready to Join at the top or bottom of your screen and get entered to win a $100.00 Amazon gift card!  See official rules here. Starts July 13.

Hi guys. Somehow I lost access to this challenge thread, but I have been exercising daily. I'm actually onBeachbody's Morning Meltdown day 24 of 100 now. I am trying to convince a few cohorts to participate in a 5K mud run this summer. I'm not much a runner, but after reading some of these posts and finding apps like Run, Zombies , I'm ready to start making it a weekly habit. Hang in there, everyone. Even if   you don't get to post, stay active. ?

Thoosdi‍ how is your Morning Meltdown going? What do they have you doing?
Osovery Osovery Nov '19
I promise I have been working out everyday. I just haven’t had the mindset to post. Today was upper body and abs. Yesterday was cardio with weights.   I have been doing it.
ChristiM ChristiM Dec '19
Osovery‍ have you been able to keep up the good work lately?

Nice!  Sometimes the hardest part is getting started.
Just did a 30-min walk outside.
Thoosdi Thoosdi Nov '19
went to walk outside, but got cold. Ran on treadmill instead.
ChristiM ChristiM Nov '19
Walking is one of my favorite exercises! Working out outdoors is much more enjoyable for me! Do you agree?

Osovery‍ awesome job working out every day and switching up your exercises!
at 901.8 miles run this year to date. after nap from 12 hour last night, I'll add 3.5 more befor tonight's shift. Shooting for 1019 miles for the year!
ChristiM ChristiM Dec '19
1023kmcasey‍ I'll have to look into the Under Armour challenge! Your mileage is incredible! It's so wonderful that you have an activity that you love and it's so good for you completely, mind and body! Good luck again!!
Thanks for asking. I've done Under Armour "you vs the world" challenge the last 3
years. last year I hit 1246 miles. Aim was to beat it this year. However knee injury had slowed me down. If I make it to 1019 miles (for yr 2019)  I'll be happy. It's a total mind, body, spirit workout for me

1023kmcasey‍ you are amazing! Hope you get some warm running gear this holiday season! Do you think you'll do a similar goal for next year?
