Useful advice for destressing !1 My job is also very stressful but I intend to use aromatherapy and yoga to destress!!?

Comraderrie and competition always help encourage me to work/workout a little harder. I find having health challenges at work to be so beneficial, especially because it seems like that's where you spend most of your time. So to have your own heath on your mind, helps to keep you on track.

Just a note to thank Wanda for the reminder to take care and moments and that nothing comes overnight.  You said it so nicely and I agree with ChristM beautiful quilts.
