Optimal Nutrition

Beginning today for 2018 i will refine choices for food to optimize nutrition in a way to make myself an inhospitable host.  Daily intake of Dr. Joel Furman's G-BOMBS (Greens, Beans, Onions, Mushrooms, Berries and Seeds).
