Leaving Work On Time

I commit to leaving work on time so that I can be more present in my home life.

I also have the issue of not leaving work on time & doing a working lunch. Luckily, I have an older co-worker/friend that reminds me this habit is not healthy.
It can be rough at times d/t the amount of work that needs to get done
