NO MORE SUGAR for ME, NO, NO, NOOOOOOOOOOOO!

As a nurse I am well aware of the nutrition my body needs and sugar is not one of them. I will commit to doing enough preparation to have healthy meals and snacks available to bring to work and commit only putting healthy non-processed foods in my body. This will mean meal planning, and cooking when I am off so I can bring my lunch and snacks to work every day. I will avoid my weakness picking up fast foods on my way to work because I did not have a healthy meal available. I will keep track of the foods I eat, and attempt to count calories to reach and maintain my ideal body weight.
