Eatting Heathier

Started removing sugar and breads from diet.  High protein and fruits/vegtables. and of course drinking alot of water.  A nutritionist said you know when you are drinking enough water when your urine is like light lemonade. I also plan meals and work to have 6 small meals a day to keep metabloism going and sugar levels up.  Lost 3 lbs but more importantly feel better.

Feeling better, and more energy..
