Nutrition Commitment

I commit to not eating out often. I commit to eating more whole grains, fruits and vegetables. At least one serving of whole grains, 2-3 servings of fruits and 2-3 serving of vegetables each day. I am committed to this because I know bettering my health will allow me to provide better health advice to others.
