Diet choices

I have always been a ‘bad’ eater. I made terrible choices and my health and weight suffered as a result. In the last six months I have been making a concerted effort to do better. Although I am far from perfect I have made great strides. My alcohol consumption has dropped dramatically, I have been using the MyFitnessPal app more to monitor my caloric intake and it is working. I still need to make better choices in diet such as eating more veggies but overall I’m doing a lot better. My goal is to continue to improve the choices that I make in the future.
