Decrease sugar intake

I have a sweet tooth!  The Holidays are particularly challenging and lots of goodies come into my work environment.  So my goal is not to eliminate sweets from my diet, (which will just set me up for failure) but to practice appropriate portion control.  I don't buy junky sweets and keep in the home, but use fruit, yogurt instead.  I love chocolate and can be successful putting one miniature size chocolate in my lunch to carry to work.  If I allow myself that one little bite, I can be satisfied.  : )
