I am currently on a pescatarian diet and plan to stick with a no meat, eggs and lower animal product diet to improve my cholesterol and reduce weight. I am eating fish to maintain protein intake, and taking B vitamins. I have quit my hormones recently to decrease my risk for stroke and am taking calcium and vitamin D to help prevent further bone loss. I also lift small weights several times per week, walk and sprint outside to help with bone reabsorption. Lately I’ve slowed down some activities because of looking for a new job after falling asleep on the way home behind the wheel every day on the way home from my night job. I never had time to recover from the constant infections from working with medical patients with acute respiratory issues. I will get through this. I will find employment. I will stick with my diet, maintain my medications and continue to exercize some most every day. I am finally getting some sleep. I will find a job that promotes health.
