Changes in diet

I will avoid cheese and drink fat free milk instead. I will eat only whole grains. I will create a menu for the week on Sundays and stick to it! I will avoid processed lunches and have home cooked lunches instead. I will not drink meal replacement drinks any more. I will have fruits prepared for snacks.
