I want to commit to an anti-inflammatory diet due to the aches and pains I have in my joints. This means removing sugar and all processed foods from my diet.

I have been looking into this too, but because of stress. I'm not having much success at it, though. I seem to have bought a bad batch of kefir and it has taken a week for my body to recover.
