Drink More Water

I need to commit to drinking more water so that I can curb my apetite and caloric intake. In addition to the reasons mentioned here, replacing your sugary drinks with water is a great way to maintain a healthy weight. It's also almost summer time and many of us don't realize how dehydrated we get. I'm going to try adding fresh fruit to my water to help keep it up. Join me!
