I need to commit to drinking more water so that I can curb my apetite and caloric intake. In addition to the reasons mentioned here, replacing your sugary drinks with water is a great way to maintain a healthy weight. It's also almost summer time and many of us don't realize how dehydrated we get. I'm going to try adding fresh fruit to my water to help keep it up. Join me!

I will try to drink at least 6-8 glasses..
increase daily fluid intake
I will increase my water intake to 6 to 8 glasses a day.
i WILL INCREASE MY WATER INTAKE AND GRADUALLY INCREASE IT TO 8 GLASSES A DAY
Will committ to drinking 3-6 glasses of water/day. 
I'm with Kim - 48 oz every day!
I need to drink more water to stay hydrated!
 
I really need to start consuming more water and less sodas!!

I don't drink near as much fluids as I should. More water for me!
