Hydrating!

I am committing to drinking and tracking my water in take for March. I want to drink 80oz of water daily.

elle belle‍ I have found adding lemon or other fruit to my water the most helpful in increasing my water intake! The extra flavor ends up getting me to a drink a little more each time. I also feel like when I have a straw in my cup (usually a Tervis tumbler) vs drinking from a normal water bottle I end up drinking more too. Good luck!

I need to focus on increasing my water intake,especially on my days off.
