Physical Activity, Nutrition, Hydration, Sleep, and ...........

Published
For the last month I have been slacking on everything!  I have lacked motivation to complete most things! I’ve been dealing with a hip flare up and allowed that to be my excuse to quit being active. Prior to that I was working out at least 30 minutes a day 6-7 days a week.  My nutrition has not been my focus, well actually my focus has not been on me at all.  I need to get centered and get back on track. I have let the stress at work, and really just stress of life, take over.  I commit to finding my balance again!  I have taken this week off to get myself grounded and rested so that I can be a better APRN, paren, wife, etc.  I was starting to feel significant burnout and I hate that! I love what I do every day and the people I treat deserve to h e me 100% not where I have been the last month or so.  I commit to eating better, exercising, staying hydrated, getting enough sleep, and taking better care of myself because I’m no good to anyone else I’d I don’t make myself a priority😊
