Healthy eating

As a family, most of us have committed to eating healthier. We are choosing to eat more lean protein, vegetables and fruits and cutting out all the bad choices like high fat, high carb snacks. It's a little easier when everyone in the house is in the same page. I made "fried" cauliflower "rice" last night. It's not fried and it's not rice. It's riced cauliflower with veggies. My son asked if I could make it with rice the next time!  He's not understanding the concept!  He's 24 years old!
