Healthy Eating

I commit to eating out only once a month, and making meals from scratch at home. No frozen entrees or supplements; rather I will create meals with fruit and vegetables, include grains like quinoa or bread, and meat including fish on occasion. I hope to embark on this with my fiancé so we can continue to encourage each other to live healthy lives.
