Commitment

I commit to incorproating daily servings of fruits, vegetables and whole grains. I do not overeat but I do not eat enough! I do not enjoy anything about cooking so if I can skip a meal, I am perfectly happy doing that. But I know in order to make a change in my body, I need to make a change in the kitchen.
