Losing weight and eating healthier

I am committed to losing weight in 2018 and eating healthier. I will not be a prisoner to the number on the scale, but instead to the way I feel. I will avoid processed foods, white sugar and flour, and soda; instead I will focus on fruits, vegetables, healthy proteins, and drinking more water

Hi Jennifer - I am giving up soda too! I was doing really well without soda last summer and then I fell back into it's trap. We can do it!
