Transforming Fear

Published
I am committed to following through with the opportunities that scare me the most so that I can be my most vibrant and expressive version of me. To make peace with my thoughts that prevent me from feeling connected and supported.  To take 5 deep breaths before eating something because I am afraid of taking action on something that brings up fear.

Heather Keller‍ - I love this! Dhremo! Whan an amazing and simple intervention. Thank you for sharing.

We have a tool to bring to nurses (especially oncology nurses) that assist with transforming fear around administering chemotherapy or any IV infusion to the bedside.  It works by engaging the mind using the imagination in a way to 'dream' up a new experience.  This gives everyone access to the power of thought and positive psychology.  We are thrilled we are being introduced to Children's Hospital of Orange County later this month so we created a short video to help them get how and why it works!  https://youtu.be/-8irYr7klzY Aieda SolomonHeidi Rye, BSN, RN‍

Heather Keller‍ - Thanks for sharing. I like your resolution of taking 5 deep breaths before eating something. I am going to use this at work where I am constantly surrounded by sweets. I usually will grab one or two just becuase they are there, not because I want it or am hungry!
