  • I will track my eating habits with  Lose It! to be more mindful
  • I Call or video chat  a friend once each week
  • I will read a chapter of a book each week
  • Get 7 hours of sleep each night 10pm - 5:40 am
  • Worship music and prayer for 20 min when I wake up ( Meditation)
