I am commited to maintaining a healthier diet and eating more fruits and vegetables daily.

I hear it everywhere that sugar is a nutritional evil- but I love it :) My short-term New Year's Resolution: I will not eat sugar (desserts, candy, drinks, etc) for one month starting January 1st, 2018. If I survive this I may extend to a month and a day or so :)

I will focus on implementing additional fruits and vegetables into my diet and avoid the dreaded vending machine binge.
