Commitments
I am commited to maintaining a healthier diet and eating more fruits and vegetables daily.
I commit to 5-7 fruits and vegetables a day and limiting complex carbs
I would like to increase fruits, vegetables, and water to my every day diet
I will replace empty calories with fruits and vegetables when snacking.
I hear it everywhere that sugar is a nutritional evil- but I love it :) My short-term New Year's Resolution: I will not eat sugar (desserts, candy, drinks, etc) for one month starting January 1st, 2018. If I survive this I may extend to a month and a day or so :)
I need to increase my fruits and vegetables in my diet. I will do this by better meal prep and planning. I love fruits and vegetables but sometimes stress and poor planning get me.
Help! I have fallen back into my Diet Coke trap and I can't seem to get myself out of it. My NUTRITION resolution is to STOP diet coke, cold turkey; once and for all! Anyone else giving up diet coke or other soda? I would love to connect and motivate each other!
I am committed to losing weight in 2018 and eating healthier. I will not be a prisoner to the number on the scale, but instead to the way I feel. I will avoid processed foods, white sugar and flour, and soda; instead I will focus on fruits, vegetables, healthy proteins, and drinking more water
I am commited to eating healthier and loosing 15 pounds to be at a healthy weight.

I will focus on implementing additional fruits and vegetables into my diet and avoid the dreaded vending machine binge.
I commit to drinking 8 glasses (8oz each) of water each day, and to choosing foods without added sugar, until 12/22/17.
I commit to limiting myself to one sweet per day during the holidays.
I commit to eating less sweets! I will try to incorporate more fresh fruits and healthier options to curb my "sweet" cravings!
I commit to incorproating daily servings of fruits, vegetables and whole grains. I do not overeat but I do not eat enough! I do not enjoy anything about cooking so if I can skip a meal, I am perfectly happy doing that. But I know in order to make a change in my body, I need to make a change in the kitchen.
I will continue to exercise 4-5 days a week.
I am committed to eating more healthy foods, such as fruits, veggies, and whole grains. I must be a better example for my patients in order to further the needs of our nation.
