I will make great efforts to never be a distracted drive. Some methods I plan to implement to achieve this goal are to leave my cell phone in my purse I the back seat, so it is out of reach and to turn on my GPS before I leave the driveway.

I have been tracking my sleep with a fit-bit, and the last weekly average was 6 hours 56 minutes. I am almost there.  I think that once I add more excercise in to my life, I will improve my ability to stay asleep better.

i promise myself to eat right, stop eating late nights and make sure to eat lots of fruits and vegetables. I also commit myself today to exercise atleast twice a week. Rest and regular sleeping hours i shall take. I need it. Use proper body mechanics during sitting and when lifting,

I will be more aware of portion sizes and food choices. I will have at least one healthy meal per day and be more cautions about my dietary choices. We all know what are good and bad choices nutritionally and I will begin to use my knowlege to better my health!

I've gone to dietitians and I'm a nurse.  I KNOW BETTER!  It's hard when you know better.  I've known for years, but I stil make the same mistakes, but I am going to stop.  I wll do better.  I AM BETTER.
