I am committing to making better food choices ! Less eating out fast food, less sugar, more fruits, vegetables and lean protein
I plan to cut down on the candy and cookie snacking at work. I will continue to bring vegetables and fruit to snack on at work. I will not deprive myself of an occasional treat but will be mindful of my portions and frequency.
I will eat 5 servings of fruit/veggies/whole grains a day.
I will resume a diet high in protein, veggies, and nuts/seeds, and decrease my gluten, dairy, and sugar intake. Overall, that means no processed foods-including soda .

I'm in the process of decreasing my carbohydrates and calories to lose weight. My only issue following this reduction is the decreased energy that seems to follow calorie and carb reduction. I'm interested in how others have dealt with this issue?
