I began eating paleo at the beginning of January and have seen and felt a great improvement in the way I feel. I have not looked at this as being on a diet but a life change and I resolve to continue whole healthy food and avoid processed as much as possible.

We usually eat healthy meals but I've noticed that I eat too big of a portion. It's so easy to go back for more! This year I will concentrate on eating just one portion of a meal and resist the urge to have more. Also, using smaller plates helps to limit the amount of food.
I did my DNA with 23&Me and waxx invited to participate in a study on weight management based on one's genetics/DNA. I start on the 8th and will be increasing my fiber, eliminating most sugar and salt, and cutting back on meat.
