eat at least 2 servings of fruit or vegetables per day

I began eating paleo at the beginning of January and have seen and felt a great improvement in the way I feel. I have not looked at this as being on a diet but a life change and I resolve to continue whole healthy food and avoid processed as much as possible.

I resolve to eat a minimum of five fruit and vegetable servings per day.
