Commitments
I commit to eating less sugary treats. I commit to eating at regular times while working, by taking my full 30 minute break and sitting and eating calmly. I commit to eating fruit at breakfast, vegetables at lunch and dinner with a lean protein. I commit to eating less meat all around. I commit to eating out only one time a week.
Where I work the cafeteria serves too many carbs, little protein (fatty and greasy), boiled vegetables until they are without vitamins, and NO fruits. I have started to bring in my own food and am attempting to get the cafeteria to serve more healthy foods.
Does anyone practice intermittent fasting? What do you think about this practice?
I plan to consume a serving of fruits daily
Today is Day one of my 'New Direction' Journey. I pledge to remain on plan for 6/7 days of week one. And drink 100 ounces of water per day!
Engage in physical activity at least 3 times a week for at least 30 minutes at each interval.

I commit to increasing my water intake. I struggle with drinking enough. I will commit to drinking 64 oz of water daily to maintain health and keep hydrated!
