Some times I think I may actually kill myself eating sugar (in all forms). I have tried to cute sugar out of my life so many times. I have to, my life, my future depends on it. The new year is my new start. Sugar free in January and February 2019!

I work at a University, and currently we have no cafeteria in the student center. I am committing to meal planning, prep, and taking my lunch for the spring semester. Good lunch and good snacks ensure I have what I need to get through a long day!
I have a sweet tooth! The Holidays are particularly challenging and lots of goodies come into my work environment. So my goal is not to eliminate sweets from my diet, (which will just set me up for failure) but to practice appropriate portion control.
