For me high protein & low carbs is best for me. I%uFE0F snack on mixed nuts , yogurt or banana. Dinner is complete lean meats with mixed green salad & sweet potato.
I commit increasing my daily intake of fruits and vegetables to 3 a day of each.
I commit to making healthier food choices
Over the last year I have lost 40 pounds and my goal is to lose another 20 to reach my healthy weight and a BMI under 25
I pledge to reduce the number of times I eat out at a restaurant by half each week. (I eat out alot!) I also pledge to log my food to stay within my calorie count per day.

Recently diagnosed as a Type II diabetic, I have committed myself to eating better. I have cut down on carbohydrates ( my nemesis) and I'm using an app to monitor all my intake.
