For me high protein & low carbs is best for me. I%uFE0F snack on mixed nuts , yogurt or banana. Dinner is complete lean meats with mixed green salad & sweet potato.

I pledge to reduce the number of times I eat out at a restaurant by half each week. (I eat out alot!) I also pledge to log my food to stay within my calorie count per day.

I’m utilizing portion control containers from a program called 21 day fix. This ensures I eat enough fruits, veggies, and whole grains. I meal prep for work and I commit to only cheating once a week at a fast food restaurant ( if at all).

I will commit to a healthier diet by decreasing the # of times I eat out or indulge in fast food I will record my daily food intake on my fitness pal (calories, fat, sodium, fibers, etc.) I will eat more fruits and veggies and avoid foods with added sugars. My nutrition commitment is to avoid simple sugars and limit carbs. I can do this when I set with parameters. I will allow one day per week for desert, otherwise avoid all candy, desert, sugary drinks, etc.

I committ to preparing and bringing my lunch daily at least three days of the five day work week

Recently diagnosed as a Type II diabetic, I have committed myself to eating better.  I have cut down on carbohydrates ( my nemesis) and I'm using an app to monitor all my intake.
