In addition to my normal fruit and veggie consumption, I will eat a salad once a week. Baby steps.

It is my goal to avoid sugar from here on out, using Stevia instead of sugar.  It is my desire to eat at least 5-7 portions of fruits per day, along with a healthy portion of whole grains.
