Commitments
I commit to bring my lunch to work 3 times a week, and to limit my fast food intake to once a week.
While I have made some good sides in this area, it is apparent that I still have room for improvement. I commit to adding 1 additional serving of vegetables per day for the next 6 months.
I commit to drinking more water and eating healthier! The plan is to lose weight to enjoy more time with my family.
I get side tracked between work, school and life in general to eat healthy. Being on the go make it difficult but not impossible! So, I am committing to eating better regardless of how busy I am.

I am trying to lose weight. I have lost 85 lbs. since 2013 and am continuing to try. I realize the increased amounts of fats in foods are something I can change in my diet. Drinking skim milk, decreasing the amount of cheese, limiting the sugar free candies with fat, and limiting beef. This is my goal.

I started Weight Watchers about 3 weeks ago. I have been making healthier eating choices. I am looking to change my eating habits long term. I have already lost 13 lbs. (mostly water weight my first week).

I'm currently in day 6 of the 80 day obsession program I'm eating right resting and exercising daily. I want to complete phase 1!!

Utilize the food diary and rules outlined by my physician 1. 8 oz of water before i eat anything at all 2. Eat a fruit or vegetable with every meal and eat it first. 3. Limit to sweets 3 per week 4. Only 1 serving of bread, pasta, rice, crackers, white potato, corn 5. Eat 20 - 30 grams fiber a day.
I am committed to eating out once per week, including more fruit and vegetables in my diet, and drinking the appropriate recommended amount of water each day for the next 4 weeks.
