I am making a commitment to myself to eat fast food no more than twice a week, drink more water, and only drink an occasional soft drink.

I am a perpetual night shift RN. I was diagnosed with gastritis a few years ago. I have recently found that I am unable to eat meat protein at night when I am working. I have increased the fruits and vegetables that I eat but not the whole grains. I will start adding more to my diet.
