I would like to commit to working out again. I was doing well at the beginning of the year but somewhere along the months I have lost my motivation.

Although I am in excellent health and avoid carbs and processed food but I can improve in eating balanced meals more often during the day. I find that I am not eating until 4pm and that is not good.

I commit to not eating out often. I commit to eating more whole grains, fruits and vegetables. At least one serving of whole grains, 2-3 servings of fruits and 2-3 serving of vegetables each day.
