Sleepless Nurse Syndrome

I name it that myself. While I am now on medication that assists with this problem I've learned there are things we can do to help the process. For instance, having a bedtime routine listening to music, taking a shower, meditating, reading, etc. I need to get into a solid routine so that I can go to bed at a decent time, get a good nights sleep, and wake up refreshed.
