This is a huge struggle for me as well. Before I worked on improving my night time routine, I would sit and scroll through facebook, instagram, pinterest for at least an hour! Just think of what I could have accomplished in that time. Now I do about 10-15 minutes of gentle/relaxation yoga. Then I grad a book and read for about 30 minutes before going to bed. This now feels like a treat; something I look forward to every night.
