Sufficient Rest

I commit to sleeping at least 7 hours a day. Since working nights my sleep routine has become inconsistent. I can stop scheduling appointments
in the mornings that interfere with sleep patterns and also put a room darkening shade in my bedroom.
I will follow through because I have read the research about the importance of sleep and do not want my
health to deteriorate.
