My commitment is to get a minimum of 8 hours of sleep every single night. I will do this by going to bed at the same time each night, and setting a timer to remind myself of this. I will also try to unwind before going to sleep, by reading  a book.

i try to get 9 hours of sleep during the night with a refreshing awakening. Especially during flu season.

Ready, Set, Sleep! Rest is one thing I do not get a lot of, so my commitment is to get 7 hours of sleep at least 4 times a week.
