Committed to striving for more sleep at night. Will turn television off and play soft music or sound machine, as well as stay off of Kindle late at night to decrease distractions.

I am happy to report that after 15 years of insomnia I have finally developed a restful sleeping schedule.  I sleep an average 6-7 hours every night as compared to 4-5 hours of tossing and turning.  It did take some work on my part, but it has paid off.
