I commit to getting better quality sleep using the tips I learned at the presentation Better Sleep = Better Wake! I will priortize getting 7-9 hours of sleep every night! This is the foundation for exercise and better food choices!!

Sleep isn't always a top priority of mine.. which is a recurring issue... My goal is to go to bed earlier and get my daily chores and such done in a timely manner..aka not right before bed

I will take my break at work.  I will go to bed earlier on my nights off and try to get at least 6-7 hours of solid sleep.  On the days I work, I will take a nap in the afternoon.  On the days after I work, I will take a nap in the morning when I get home.

I am committed to creating healthy sleep patterns.  I will go to bed at the same time every night.  I realize life happens and sometimes it is impossible to make it to bed on time.  I committ to fighting late bed time habits.  It is a great feeling to wake up feeling rested!!
