I will hang black-out curtains in my bedrooms.  I will not completely switch from working nights to sleeping nights.

I will sleep 8 hours per night and schedule them on my iphone sleep schedule for reminders and alarm.

I vow to ensure that I get no less than seven hours of sleep per day at all costs.  I am going to put phone on do not disturb and start turning off my TV. I'm going to put on my CPAP and sleep. My body heals when I sleep.

I want to commit to getting more rest. On an average I sleep about 5-6 hours but I still feel as if I am sleep deprived. I feel tired and stressed out most of the time. I work out and eat healthy but those extra hours might just be what I need.
