i commit to not looking at my phone or watching TV for at least 30 minutes before bedtime
I would love to get more rest because I'm always busy.
I commit to getting an adequate amount of sleep each night. My goal is 7 hours per night.
Rest is what I don't do. Staying up until 1am and sometimes later. Plan to get at least 8 hours of sleep nightly and take me time to just unwind
I commit to engaging in activities that promote healthy rest and relaxation, such as meditating outdoors in nature, restorative yoga, etc.
My commitment for myhealth is to sleep at least 7-8.5 hours 5 nights a week. I chose this amount of time because it’s when I feel the most rested.
I need more rest! Working full time and have custody of a 2 year old at my age is exhausting.. I don't sleep much because I use that time as down time and worry time. Open for suggestions!
I must try and sleep more when I'm working my 12hour night shifts because good sleep is essential to doing a good job @work. I need to watch less tv and go to bed by 12:30p instead of 1:30p. This one extra hour might be small, but it's a start.
I am committing to sleeping more hours per night.
Turn off the Tv and go to bed Intentionally stop working and play with the dog Have fun and laugh every day make arrangements to play with friends
As a full-time working Mama to four kiddos, I struggle to get enough rest/sleep. My husband and I are "night people". As a lupus patient, I constantly feel exhausted. I need to be more intentional to go to bed at a "normal" time, considering my schedule the next day. I am motivated!
