Gratitude Challenge Revised

I challenged the other Education Specialist in my office last year to keep a gratitude journal for 30 days where they concentrated on 3 things each day that they were grateful for without repeating any items. I am going to use that concept; but for this challenge I will concentrate on 3 reasons each day that I want to make the healthier lifestyle changes to help me make better choices when I want to eat for comfort and not exercise from discouragement.
