Becoming Healthier!

I will comit to making excercise a priority and do 30 minutes of exercise 3-5 days a week. I also comit to making healthier food choices along with cutting back on the takeout and fast food. I comit to working towards becoming a healthier and happier person in regards to weight and self esteem.

I will commit to making exercise a priority  30 minutes of exercise 3-5 days a week. I also commit to making healthier food choices. Cutting back on sweets and adding in more fruits and vegetables. I commit to working towards my goal weight, sleeping at least 7 hours a day and becoming a healthier and happier and energetic person.
