Quality Of Life

I commit to creating consistency with my self care routine as I move into the new year. This includes 3-4 days of 15-30 minutes aerobic type activity, 3-4 days of weight workouts, Yoga at least 4 days a week, daily meditation, and one activity a day that brings me joy.
