Don't let the small stuff bug me. work on meditation and means of controlling stress in my work life.

I am taking steps to increase my fluid intake through out the day . This mean also taking regular restroom breaks, which is not always easy.

I comit to incorporating yoga in to my weekly regimen to help with relaxation and stress reduction
