Better nutrition and exercise will help with my overall being
i read about having a quality life. What does that mean FOR ME? I am going to explore this concept.
I will start to reinvest in myself and the hobbies thatI love to do rug braiding sewing reading traveling
I will meditate each morning beginning with 5 minutes and adding 2 minutes each week to reach 15 minute sessions.
I would like to find better work/life balance to allow me to eat healthier and work out more often.
Good Morning, I would like to improve the quality of my life by eating healthy and practicing mindfulness.
My goal is to create balance between my work/social/family life. I seem to always have too much on my plate. I need to create a better balance and not feel like I am pulled in a million directions.

I will take my lunch break at work and not work through it. It is not helping me or my patients to keep working without time to reset. I will also analyze my processes at work and figure out why I am always behind and what I can do to improve this process.
schools are suffering because the availability preceptors are lacking. Teach RNs are needed everyday and you can do it for a little while. Yes I’m going to call the house number and then send it back and then send you the address.
