I commit to promoting a healthy, reasonable, and enhanced quality of life for myself, my family, and my coworkers.

I commit to taking 30 minutes a day for me...(all in a row). No phone, no computer! I will take that time to do something that I love to do, to help me have a better frame of mind, to make me smile. I will start with 30 minutes now and see if I can work up to an hour by Christmas!

I will take my lunch break at work and not work through it. It is not helping me or my patients to keep working without time to reset. I will also analyze my processes at work and figure out why I am always behind and what I can do to improve this process.

schools are suffering because the availability preceptors are lacking.  Teach RNs are needed everyday and you can do it for a little while. Yes I’m going to call the house number and then send it back and then send you the address.
