Commitments
Have more me time to relax and meditate
I’m going to make a commitment to put down my work at home and spend time with my family.
My daughter and I joined in with a group in our rural area to help people apply to VOTE early! So happy for overall national voting participation!
I want to eat healthier, loss weight, exercise more, and sleep better. I am up for the challenge and send the challenge to all the nurses at Concord Hospital. Let's make 2019 a year to remember!
I plan to spend time with my grandson, daughter and other family each week. I will make love with my husband at least twice a week.
I will commit to drinking more water at work. I always feel better when I'm well hydrated
I commit to getting outdoors at least 3 times per week for at least 30 minutes (gardening, sitting in nature, walking by the river or in the woods, birdwatching, etc.)
Learn how to meditate and be more mindful to reduce my CRPS.
I will set aside one hour 5x/week to finish reading a book and complete a knitting/ crocheting project.
I vow to take time for myself and complete personal goals I have set, to take time to get to know "me", and be happy with who I see in the mirror.
I commit to sending more time with my husband and disconnecting from work.
I vow not to let my family or co works make me feel guilty for taking care of me and saying no!
I am committed to qutting smoking and to find a better way for relieving stress!!!
I am committed to improving my quality of life.
I will work harder to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
I commit to practicing techniques to increase my resiliency to help prevent over all burnout.
It's ok to say NO to things you don't want to commit to, things that don't give you any passion, or things that make you have to give up time for yourself or other activities that fill you up. Being ok to assert yourself and not feeling guilt - top priorities to prevent burnout.
I will unplug and leave work at work. I will not be pressured by colleagues to reschedule or cancel personal/family activities for work.
I commit to reduce stress in my life and let go of things I can't change. Work on improving me!
