I am a member of WW at work since 2/14/18 and am committed to losing weight. I will increase my activity level and try to get at least 10,000 steps a day.

I am making a commitment to eat healthier, count calories using MyFitnessPal, go to the gym at least 2x a week and to spend more time doing things that I enjoy such as travelling and photography!

I have a tendency to feel guilty when I am not up and running around, making things happen in my world.  I know that I need that down time to recharge, but I also know that when I actually take that time, it can also increase my anxiety.  Staying busy and running from one task to another keeps me in the moment and prevents my brain from needing to deal with things ...

I commit to take time each week for myself. I will spend 2 hours weekly to read for enjoyment, go for a walk, set goals, just something that puts me before all my other responsibilities.

I am making a commitment to eat better, more nutritious foods, to do something active every day that is fun and engaging, and to practice mental wellbeing and mindfullness every day!! Overall improvement of the quality of my life is the goal!!
