I commit to finding a balance between work and family by taking less work home with me and truly disconnecting on my off time. 

I commit to not taking work home unless absolutely necessary I commit to trying to keep more regular/consistent hours I commit to spending more time with friends and family, doing things that I love

Let’s all work towards healthy goals together!

I am going to work on improving work/life balance especially as it relates to my physical and  mental health. I am going to practice time management, assertiveness, and reflection to assist in meeting my goal.

I am going to follow through with quitting smoking. Get a physician appointment and see how they can help as well as having a wellness check in the process.

I am going to do something I enjoy for fun at least once a week.

I commit to journaling at least 3x/week.
