I would like to maintain my flexability and loose weight, especially around the middle.  Have belonged to a gym but did not go as I should have.  Plan to partner with my grand-daughter and walk 3 times a week and use stretch bands for strengthening 2 times a week.  Will be trying to gradually increase my time with these activities.
